Payment & Cancellation

• Policy 30% of the applicable rate to confirm the booking. Balance payable on arrival.
• Cancellation within 72 hours and no show will be charged at 100% of the applicable rate
• Cancellation 2 weeks before arrival will be charged at 50% of the applicable rate

All rates are inclusive of

• Taxes
• Service charge
• Training levy
